Irish Sport Manager is a single-player game that runs entirely on your own computer. This policy explains what it does, and does not, do with your data. It also covers this website.
Irish Sport Manager has no accounts, no telemetry, no analytics, and no advertising. It does not phone home. We operate no servers that the game talks to, and we receive no information about you or how you play.
Saved games, settings and any story packs you install are ordinary files stored on your own machine. They are never sent to us. The game plays fully offline. If you uninstall it, that data goes with it, so back up your saves if you want to keep them.
The game is sold through Steam, and a few optional features touch Valve's systems rather than ours:
That data is held and handled by Valve under the Steam Privacy Policy. Loophead Labs neither receives nor stores personal data from any of it. Valve also handles your purchase; we never see your payment details.
loopheadlabs.com uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. That involves cookies and your IP address, handled by Google under their own policy. It tells us how many people looked at the game, not who they are. If you would rather not be counted, any browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker will stop it, and the site works exactly the same without it.
We keep your message for as long as the conversation needs and no longer. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not sell or share anything you send us.
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
If this policy changes, the revised version appears at this address with a new date above. Since the game collects nothing, we do not expect it to change often.
