DocketClock is built to keep your information private. This policy explains what the app does, and does not, do with your data.
DocketClock does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. We operate no servers and use no analytics, tracking, or advertising.
All case, time, expense, and voucher information you enter is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. It is never sent to us or to any third party. The app works fully offline and does not require an account. If you delete the app, that data is removed with it; we recommend exporting (PDF/CSV) or backing up your device to preserve your records.
DocketClock can lock with Face ID or Touch ID. This uses Apple's on-device biometric system; the app never receives or stores your biometric data.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We do not see or store your payment information. Apple's handling of that transaction is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
DocketClock prepares a voucher summary for your own use; it does not connect to, transmit to, or submit anything to the New York 18-B Web system or any court system.
DocketClock is a professional tool intended for attorneys and is not directed to children.
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
